Great DIY Pain Relief

These balls do exactly what they say they do. They are sticky enough to stay in place, firm enough to allow myofascial relaxation, but flexible enough not to aggravate pain. I don't know how they are used for training. I use them as part of myofascial relaxation yoga class. I've tried other balls and objects at home and none come close to what these do. Now I can do for myself what I've paid massage therapists thousands of dollars to do over the years. I highly recommend!
