The product was fine at first, but after about 10 months it stopped working (wavy colored lines on the screen). The screen wasn't dropped or damaged in any way, it just stopped working during normal use. As the monitor was still under warranty I contacted the seller to file a claim and provided videos and photos showing what the monitor is doing. I got the answer (which honestly looked like a canned answer) that the screen is cracked and so it must be man-made damage so they won't be held responsible. I sent a reply saying the screen isn't broken and even provided additional photos as proof. They replied again that it must break and that they are not responsible for it. Very disappointing and waste of money!
