Although I haven't had time to test it out in summer weather, my heater keeps my room in the 60-70 F range and I found this duvet with a sheet underneath kept it the perfect temperature. As I got older, I learned that some bedding materials are terrible at causing or aggravating night sweats. After only two or three months, I woke up to nothing that I had experienced with polyester duvets and bedspreads. Thanks to the breathability of the microfiber, I like to fall asleep again. For the first time in my life I have a duvet that I absolutely love and would definitely recommend.
