completely dissolves. So I either have to pierce it and pour it out or drain the sink until it's hot enough to dissolve it, which takes a lot of time, especially when I want to be comfortable. I have a whole bag to use up and will not be ordering again. I originally ordered because I wanted to save $. The shipping price is good. I feel like the liquids my kids use are too much and I only end up washing about 1/2 loads versus the recommended number of loads. With them, however, my teens don't take the extra step of dissolving or piercing them first, so the clothes aren't completely clean because the outer layer doesn't dissolve until the water has completely gone through the soap dispenser. I've also used Esos and with this brand I don't have to use dryer sheets due to static electricity. But I noticed a lot of static in this soap.
