Will not fit JC Penney Model 0002B drill. This ballpoint pen is made of hard plastic. The rubber coating helps absorb vibrations. All drill handles should be labeled with screw size and threads per inch so people don't have to guess which handle fits their old drill. This one didn't fit. Return shipping is NOT FREE. I decided to eat it instead of paying for shipping and return.
