I'm giving it five stars because it works great I'm a professional groomer and I wanted to see how filtered water affects pets and it's amazing. I already know how great it is on my human hair and I don't want to be without it, it really feels like day and night. I live in an old house that has fairly high mineralized water and my hair is dry, I use a lot of conditioner and it still doesn't help much. If you use a shower filter, you really need to reduce the amount of shampoo and conditioner you use because you're wasting them. Your skin will feel much better after the first shower. It's really adorable! Chlorine is so bad for your skin and you don't realize it until you take it out of the equation
