The only part needed is the plastic bushing which is larger than the original bushing. It's wider and slightly longer, so if you tighten the shoulder screw until I'm in place, the bushing sticks out even more. In other reviewers' experience, the door was so difficult to open (after aligning it exactly with the original) that I figured I'd have to use a crowbar to open the door again. I need to measure the stock passenger door bushing and either machine it on a lathe or just make my own out of Delrin. With the time I've already put into this, I might as well make it from scratch.
