the topper bed correctly. The order came and when I examined the sheet I found a small hole in the fabric and was thinking of returning it. But on Saturday I received an email from Peter at Customer Service asking if we were happy with this blade. I replied that there was a hole and he responded quickly and offered a replacement or if I wanted to keep it he would issue a $4 credit. (It works on weekends! I was impressed.) Since we needed the sheet badly, I took the loan but didn't expect a refund any time soon. Today Monday I received a message from Revain that $4 "Goodwill" will be refunded to my credit card. That's fast service! We love the sheet because the quality matches the price and it fits my husband's hospital bed perfectly. I highly recommend purchasing White Classic. Good product and great customer service!
