Nice but noisy. to computer vacuum cleaner

I thought they would be quiet and collect dust. No, it actually scatters dust because when you turn it on, the air comes out the sides, not gently. It's loud and tough. The few things he collects seem to disappear because when I empty him there is almost nothing in it. Where has all this dust gone? I suspect he was rubbing against my sofa and curtains.
