The best part about this software has been its ease of use for both staff members as well as clients themselves! It's so easy to navigate through all aspects of it; there are no issues at all with using this system in our center.

I have not found anything specifically wrong or disliking but if you're looking into purchasing this product then be sure your organization needs something like this because they can make things very convenient when dealing with paperwork etc. This program makes everything easier for us especially since we work remotely sometimes too which means having to carry around files everywhere isn't ideal. We've also noticed more people coming back after being discharged than before starting treatment due to how organized their notes were upon discharge.
