Easy-to Use Software/Forms Helping Center

The best part about this software has been its ease of use for both staff members as well as clients themselves! It's so easy to navigate through all aspects of it; there are no issues at all with using this system in our center. I have not found anything specifically wrong or disliking but if you're looking into purchasing this product then be sure your organization needs something like this because they can make things very convenient when dealing with paperwork etc. This program makes…

Pros
  • No problems whatsoever while working within my own records either personally nor professionally (for me)
Cons
  • It is hard to say

This program is such good value and worth every single penny

I like how easy it was for my PT's (physical therapist)to use this system! It has helped me keep up with all of our patients' progress notes as well have been able touse when needed in court or other professional settings without having paper records scattered around everywhere!! The only thing i dislike about hello note now its not available anymore but you can still download previous versions so thats ok :) We are using hellonote at work since 2014 however we also used before which worked…

Pros
  • Great to be organized
  • Easy way organize your patient medical history
  • Best alternative instead hard copies.
  • Has an app version that is very helpful
Cons
  • Secret

User friendly and quick learning curve

I like how easy it was for me as an OT student (and future practitioner)to use this program compared with my previous programs which required much more time/effort in order get information entered into them easily! The ability of being able to update notes through email or text messaging instead of having everyone come back at once would be great if not already there!! It's helpful because you can put all your info onto one page then send out emails letting people know what has changed so they…

Pros
  • Very user friendly
  • Easy access using mobile phone app that makes updating data quick, convenient & efficient.
  • Text message updates work well saves us from unnecessary long meetings :)
Cons
  • It is hard to say

A good option if your looking into alternatives

I like how easy it is for me to use when documenting my therapy sessions. It's also helpful that I can attach images to my notes so they are easily accessible later. There's nothing I dislike about Hello Note. It works well with other applications, such as Adobe Photoshop, which makes creating documents faster. I like how quick it is to get started with using Hello Note. It's easy to navigate, and you don't need much training to learn how to use it. I wish there was an easier way to sync my…

Pros
  • Very basic user interface.
  • Easy access from mobile apps
  • Great syncing functions between desktop app (iPad)and iPhone/Android versions
  • Good note management options including folders!
Cons
  • Synchronizing issues at present
  • Not suitable if your workstation crashes or gets corrupted

The ability for me as an Occupational Therapist (OT) to document my patients' progress in writing without having to make phone calls or ask them questions was very helpful! I also like how easy it would be if something happened at home while away during work hours - such notes can easily get lost when you are out of town/office so this feature came really handy!! It's not much but what does come up with OTs using Hellonote tends to involve making copies instead of just sending files through…

Pros
  • How useful it is for patients we work with (especially those with developmental disabilities and/or mental disorders who are unable to self advocate or ask questions/make comments during sessions)
Cons
  • How many times when using email to attach documents the file has come in the format it's not easily accessible for printing or sharing with co workers or those who need the notes
