Review on πŸš— Enhance Your Vehicle's Performance with Motorcraft DY861 Glow Plug Switch by Jason Wright

The cheapest on the web.

I took a closer look and decided on a Motocraft part. There were cheaper glow plug relays and more expensive relays. I used an aftermarket brand on the first solenoid failure about 90,000 miles and three years ago. I chose the Ford brans because they lasted more miles and more years. I was overwhelmed by the overpriced solenoids from the local parts stores and even O'Reilly wanted more for their Motocraft relay. So thank you Raven. There was a heavier option for more money, but the gear was different and needed changing, so I gave it up. If you don't have a voltmeter or test light to test the key for voltage, sometimes a visual inspection of the terminals on the solenoid will reveal a burned terminal. To check, simply pull back the protective rubber cap. Both times mine were discolored and looked overheated.
