My wife and I own a Chevy Traverse that has several places to safely store a fire extinguisher. I wanted to have a fire extinguisher in the car in case there was a fire or we had an accident and needed a fire extinguisher. I bought this mount to solve this problem. The instructions that came with it were helpful. I had to purchase a blue treadlock tube at an auto parts store as recommended in the instructions. I like that the screws are hex rather than Phillips or straight. The kit includes a tool for tightening the hex bolts. Installing the mount was easy. I attached the fire extinguisher to the bracket and it fitted perfectly. I'm glad I bought this mount. Highly recommended.
