The system is highly customizable to fit any size business needs, it's intuitive for anyone who has used an online application before; very responsive support team (both in terms of speed & quality); great reporting capabilities that are easily integrated within our HRIS platform - even if they don't have experience using ERP systems! I would like some additional functionality added such as creating custom reports or exporting data directly from their site vs uploading via CSV file which can be time consuming when there may not always need this feature available at all times/locations etc.; however we've been able solve most issues ourselves by reaching out through email / phone so haven'r had too many problems overall- but do reach them quickly though because sometimes things get lost along way down between departments.- Benefits Administration process was much more streamlined once implemented compared prior version where employees were required fill forms manually instead allowing us use one central location throughout entire organization.
