Gives a lot of support to your head and neck

This is a great pillow for back and side sleepers I sleep on my back and I always need support for my neck and this gives support to my neck and head. My friend tried it and she's a side sleeper and it supports her head and neck but it has enough give that it didn't hurt her ears and her head and it left enough room for her shoulders when she slept on her side. It is quite a firm pillow it's also a cooling pillow in case you overheat at night but it has to have a little firmness to support the head and neck I think it's a great pillow
