Who thought that?! I opened the box and saw plain memory foam. Good thing I didn't pay much for it, I thought. Then I read the instructions, dampen the styrofoam and set to work on the fingerprint-printed ivory kitchen cabinets. MARVELOUS! They are ideal for removing black newspaper/greasy fingerprints from cabinets, doorknobs and light switches. And he cleaned the dirt and water stains out of my 1 inch metal blinds over the kitchen sink! Metal blinds kind of cut through the foam padding, but it was worth it because I'm buying more of these pads! You can feel the dirt coming off as you rub the surface. It even worked on my old oven's textured handles. Everything with water and without soap!
