Over the past few years I have tried different types of support pillows to relieve back and hip pain. I mean everything from long body pillows, wedges, special memory foam inserts to this latest specialized full body support pillow I just ordered a few months ago. However, ALL had the same result. They were either too hard or flat, some were so big that I slept in a very uncomfortable position to adjust and support myself. I would then wake up countless times during the night to change positions or in the morning with more pain than when I originally went to bed.
