Wonderful. Amazing on a cold weather coat

Surprising. Wonderful. MARVELOUS! It's so incredibly soft I wish I had it. Rzhunimagu! Please pay attention to the sizes. I've read the comments and all the reviews and I'm sure the sizing will be right. I have to go down two sizes. I got AVERAGE for my 7 lb Cavalier. It's longer, Sonya didn't have much of a choice. But I ordered another size (SMALL) and sent another one back. The return sticker was sent without any problems.

Pros

The outer layer is made from a soft, stretchy, water-resistant polyester and nylon fabric and 'Ruffin It' is screen printed on the center back.
