I really wanted to like this mop. I love I can choose natural non-toxic cleaning products to use in the reservoir, however, just the temperature of my hot water from the faucet warped the plastic. It still worked, but it just looked like it shrunk and warped. I did not heat the water, it was just from my kitchen faucet. I also like the wide microfiber cleaning pads and they are easy to put on and take off. However today I tried to adjust the way it was positioned and when I pulled on the handle, it broke off completely at the bottom and cannot be repaired. Ok. sooo I liked it but now I have to buy a new one less than 90 days later?
