To ensure I had a successful photography business, I took photos with all cameras. I shoot weddings, commercial work, event photography, family portraits and more with the M43. Was a friend of Nikon's until 3 years ago but 3 Nikon's with backfocus issues pointed me towards the M43 revolution. I have never looked back and have owned pretty much every Olympus M43 camera they make. I'm currently shooting with the E-M1 and E-M5 and my results have been phenomenal. There are currently no APS-C cameras or full-frame cameras that I'm even remotely interested in because my results with Olympus are so impressive. The sharpness in focus with these cameras is unmatched. That brings me to E-P5. I have to say that after a few days of use this is my favorite M43 camera and that's saying a lot as I have an E-M1. This camera is amazingly reliable, the controls are very logical and everything works as it should in a rangefinder body. This camera, more so than my other Olympus cameras, really brings the fun back into photography. This camera is just sexy and the picture quality is amazing. I love hearing people talk, but when I zoom in to 500% the 43's sensor just can't keep up. I'm saying you're so far from anal and need to focus on the artistry, not the pixels. Why are photographers so afraid of grain? Remember when you chose film for its graininess to add artistic value? However, the graininess is very controllable and has an amazing film quality. This has been the case with almost every Olympus camera I've owned. I'm so glad I chose this camera over the GX7 and the VF-4 is a must have. Buy this camera if you want the best bang for your buck with incredible IQ and portability. To show you what these cameras are capable of, search Brock Best Photography on Google and see my work. If you buy this camera you will not regret it. Update: This camera has truly become my favorite Olympus camera. I've (professionally) run through thousands of images and it's been very reliable, never letting me down. You won't believe the rave reviews it's getting from people for the look and it's a talking point everywhere.
