Read all questions and answers and also all reviews. It seems that when people receive their vest, it comes in different shapes and not the right size. One of the reviews I read was that the shoulder of the vest is too wide, but when I received my vest it wasn't wide at all and was a bit short. In case you're wondering, my chest is 39-40, waist 33-34, height 5"10 slim. I guess everyone won't get an exact size, but you might be lucky. Medium isn't for me. It seems to be really right i also wear a big t shirt and baggy pants so when i wear the medium ones they look small and short, i ordered the big one and we'll see how it goes hope it is not too big or too baggy the worst scenario if you order a size up you may end up with a very wide shoulder vest which doesn't look that great I try to explain as much as I can to help readers of this review and hopefully it will be helpful to you.Thank you and good luck.
