The most helpful function is the ability to see the status of tickets and updates. This also allows to see the progress of tickets and updates. The only thing I dislike about this service is the time lag. Sometimes you have to wait a few hours for an update to be updated. This is only an issue with the status function. I have had no issues with the platform itself, just this one function. I highly recommend this to others. I use this service for managing our workflow and ticketing. This has helped our company stay on top of our projects and be more efficient in our work. The ease of use and the fact that it is integrated with our SaaS toolset. The support team is also great to work with. I wish that the reporting could be a bit more robust. I would like to be able to see more detail in the reporting. I would also like to be able to see the time spent on each ticket. I have used atSpoke for over a year now and have been very happy with the service.
