It's good for small companies to have their own software when handling customer requests and inquiries. The price is also pretty affordable considering how many features you get in one piece of software. There isn't much that I dislike about this product, but it could be a little bit more intuitive when using the phone option. Also, sometimes it can be slow to load. Overall we've been pleased with this software. We're solving our customer service issues at a very low cost and getting great feedback from our clients.
