This is a very good product and I like the ability to add a bracket and mount a tail light under the seat. The light itself does its job and I like the simplicity of the swivel function when not in use. I gave this product 3 stars because the instructions don't give enough recommendations. It took me a while to figure out how to use the plastic mounting straps. The instructions also advise not to use zip ties (don't "practice" with zip ties) prior to assembly as you will not be able to remove them after use. I had to cut one while experimenting before actually installing the mount. It would be nice if the manufacturer would send me spare plastic ties in case I need them in the future.
