I bought this because my puppy chewed on the original power cord for my laptop. The product worked well for several weeks, after which the end of the connection to the laptop stopped working. I can't return it because I don't have a return option when I bought the product, so I have to pay for another charger AGAIN. Update bought this on January 10th 2020 and that the mediation may be a one-off but no, bought again on February 12th 2020 and as you can see from the photos the part that connects to the laptop is again broken. It really moves like a loose tooth. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
