This thing sucks. I took it to be on hand with my assistant Johnny in the hydration system during a 3 day fishing trip. I filled it up and made sure the suction cup was well and firmly in place; made sure it was threaded down neatly. When I was no deeper than my knees to my waist in the water on the first day, I noticed my fishing pack was getting wet on one side - the side where I hid the bottle in the mesh side pocket. I fished left and right for trout and was too distracted to look. I thought it was okay, it was just that the river was doing its job for me while I waded and wrecked the fishing holes. Well, about 2 hours later I had to take a sip. I went to get a bottle and the ENTIRE thing was empty. I checked my backpack and found from the empty, thin and crooked bottle that all the water I had poured into it had leaked out and that's why my backpack got wet from the start. I checked again later and same thing. It's serious. I do not recommend this. Keep looking guys.
