I like how they have developed their own platforms that can be used across multiple channels for different clients. They also have great people who love what they do! There aren't many companies out there who are so passionate about what they're doing every day. It's been a pleasure working with them over the last few years. Their flexibility is awesome as well - always open to change when needed or desired by us. Sometimes it was tough figuring out exactly where we were going to go next from one project to the next. If you would rather build your brand organically using social media than hire someone else, this might not be right for you. We found ourselves having to use too much outside help at times (social analytics tools mostly). But once everything came together, it made sense.
