The software has helped us in managing all our client's risk related activities with ease of use, it also provides detailed reports at various levels which are very helpful for taking informed decisions during audit process or as part of internal audits conducted by team members. I cannot think about any downsides associated with this product yet but yes there could be some minor issues like difficulty in searching required document from database while working offline etc. However these problems can easily get solved once you have used this program properly and understand how its functioning. To start up new license we need approval from legal department so if your looking into starting an online business then do not go ahead otherwise it may cause lot more trouble than expected.
