Good product with a bonus for the design.
The vent is much heavier than the stock Lance vents they replaced. Once you have the base installed, the cover snaps into place and you insert a small screw to secure it. The beauty of this design is that you can periodically check the vent pipe to make sure it's clean. After removing the dried vent plugs, I found that an old wasp nest was clogging the gray water vent. Explains why sinks don't drain properly. Yes, you must check them. This design makes things easy.
