These are very comfortable but as other reviewers commented - the slit can expose lots of skin unless there is some minor sewing towards the top. I'm about 5'5" and 155 #; I ordered medium. They fit perfect although I suspect a small could even fit me but how it falls may not look right. I ordered maroon but they are not a deep dark maroon, more of a softer tone almost like a darker coral. I'm considering ordering a 2nd pair but not sure if I really need them. These would look really cute over swim bottoms/suit.
