Review on ๐ŸŽค DISINO Microphone Boom Arm Stand: Heavy Duty Adjustable Suspension Scissor & Spring Built-in Mic Stand for Blue Yeti Snowball & Blue Yeti Nano - Sturdy and Versatile by Jake Hillyer

NOT very adjustable, flexible or movable.

1) I need to tug on it, tug on it, and I want it to be adjustable and flexible. 2) For the price and the "Heavy Duty" label, it's quite small. For example, you can't place it behind a 24" or 27" screen for a microphone to be placed on top of it. Revain has products that are made with roughly the same characteristics for a third the price. The reviewers who say it's difficult are right, and I should have heeded that warning. I also think it would be a mistake for other reviewers to say that the internal spring mechanism's stiffness equals its strength. It's not that, it's just poor engineering and a failure to leverage the flexibility they were designed for. I bought a few different brands to see which offered better value for money as we will be assembling a couple of Blue Yetis and we need something of decent quality and engineering to get these beefy boys afloat on some catwalks keep. much better for the price.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • All right
