This is a cheap fake. There were several problems. Completely broke in less than a year. Instead, buy a well-known brand. Update within days of original posting: X-Chair contacted me out of the blue. Since I originally bought the chair directly from them, they had my contact details. It's actually been a little over a year and now they sent me a brand new chair. They said they wanted to make engineering changes to create a better product, so I offered to send them the old chair to review. Used their bill of lading and sent a broken item. I am impressed. It's rare to get that kind of service from a company these days.
