This chair is too small for my height of 6ft 2in and 210 pounds. There is no indication of this in the information about the chair, and it is more suitable for a small person. Also, no one helped me when I tried to return the chair, so beware of returning this chair.

I was excited to try this chair. I was not disappointed as it is very comfortable and helpful with my back problems. I would also like to commend the customer service. There was one item missing from the box that I couldn't do without. I contacted them and they sent it to me a few days later. Thank you! Rating changed from 1 to 4.

This is a cheap fake. There were several problems. Completely broke in less than a year. Instead, buy a well-known brand. Update within days of original posting: X-Chair contacted me out of the blue. I have had this chair for 4 months now and spend probably 8-10 hours a day in it. The comfort is excellent, everything is adjustable. It has good recline and nice mesh, two of my priorities. Initially it started to loosen a bit, but after tightening a few screws everything was back to normal. The chair does wobble a bit where it connects to the stem, but I suspect it's also a connection issue, but I didn't take the time to adjust.
