Addendum: We have had this phone for about 2 years now. My elderly mother uses it for the speaker function. She doesn't see well. She has been working great for 2 years and then suddenly now a horrible noise when we call her. She can't hear it, but no matter who is calling (mobile or landline), it's an awful noise. So disappointing. It's never moved or processed, so I don't know why it left. Disappointed after 2 years. First Review: This is a quality phone that solved all of my mother's problems. She can't see well and her hearing aid made it impossible to use her old phone to make calls. This phone has a highly visible speakerphone button and very large and clear numbers. She can hear people and they can easily understand her if she speaks in her normal conversational tone while sitting next to her. Ideal for seniors with visual and hearing impairments. The price was great for the high quality. Very satisfied.
