this is the BEST investment I have ever made! Keeps the coffee HOT, not just warm and STILL REALLY HOT. I got it BUT then I had to buy their mug set. As it didn't work with my regular ceramic mugs, the bottom MUST NOT be slightly concave/raised etc. MUST be flat. It's ok because I couldn't be happier. I HATE warm coffee, hot or iced, not in between. it heats up under the weight of the coffee. Once the cup is empty or removed, it turns off. be a little longer. Sometimes I leave my coffee for too long and it turns off. but that's okay, I can deal with it.
