I replaced a candle warmer that MUST be used as a cup warmer. It didn't keep my coffee at the desired temperature. It keeps my coffee as hot as you want with variable temperature. It has an auto power off function. The only improvements will be a different auto-off time. Detection of the liquid in the cup and shutdown when the co is empty. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase. I'm busy with work and I forget my coffee, so it's good that it stays hot until I'm ready to drink it.

No matter which cup I use in this warmer, the temperature is different everywhere. Doesn't keep drinks hot. The temperature sinks. Later it increases by a few degrees and then decreases again. I've used shallow cups, small cups, half full cups. That sucks. I tried calling the company but no answer because COVID wanted me to email. I pulled out the product data sheet and suspect it is a defective heater. I'd rather have the company call me than exchange emails. The time for a return has expired.

We have four (4) Original Corosi Non-Gravity Coffee Cup Warmers - some of which have been around for years. And I've never dealt with them. At first I was confused when the device wouldn't turn on when I pressed the power button. Try putting a cup of coffee, tea or soup on the heater before pressing the power button.
