No complaints. Easy to use and have already digitized hundreds of old, vintage photos with it. While some have complained about the need for a larger frame, I easily overcame this when I had photos smaller than the frame by inserting blank photo paper so it was on top of the photo, around the top edge of the frame to achieve and that kept image without falling and inside the device. I had an image in the device and had no problem getting it out. I just put a small piece of wood inside to hold the flap open where the bezel is set. Then I turned the device upside down and the picture in it fell into the slot, from which I pulled it out with tweezers without damage. I have no complaints about the resolution, and the ability to adjust brightness or darkness as well as red, green and blue tones is very useful. I store them on the SD card in the device and transfer them to the computer for classification, which stores them permanently on a 128GB stick. I am satisfied and can only recommend this ION Pics 2 SD slide and film scanner.
