It's great to be able to see what you have sent them! I had an issue earlier in the year where my sister was having some problems at work. She couldn't get through her phone line for several days so she could not receive any texts from me or anyone else who might try calling (her job). This feature allowed us all to send messages back & forth without worrying about whether we'd reach someone if our connection dropped out mid-call/text. We were also able to call each other when needed but it wasn't always possible to do this over text as well since sometimes cell service would fail too which lead to frustration. So many of these options are good but there isn't one best thing. The ability to use texting services has made communication very simple between people across distance!
