I'm a size 14 top, 16 bottom so I took the advice to go 2 sizes up, ordered 2X. It is a bit big, probably supposed to fit tighter, but my arthritic 75 year old hands probably couldn't pull the zipper up on a smaller one! So I'll work with this for my pool aerobics as the weather even in FL gets chilly for me. Yes, it does have a chemical (rubber) smell but since I wear it outside it's Ok for me. Wore it twice, rinsed it in Woolite and hung it on a wide mesh hanger that allows it to dry with air circulating around and inside it. The odor is still there but not a deal-breaker for me.
