The way that we are able to be connected with our customers through this system has been fantastic! This allows us to have accurate information about what goes where in the supply chain so that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I don't have any dislikes at all because it's such a great tool overall! We're working towards having complete transparency within the ag industry throughout Canada but there are still many things left to tackle. For example, we need something like this across the board not just in one sector or region. It takes time to implement and get used to using new software programs but the benefits far outweigh the learning curve.
