After unpacking, one of the handles dangled from the case and couldn't be reattached because the hardware on one side was too wide to fit in the holes provided. But I figured it wasn't a big deal. I was planning on just using the shoulder strap anyway. So I removed the side handles and continued to use the shoulder strap. until it came loose when one of the side fasteners snapped spontaneously. The "accessories" of this wallet only imitate metal; it's actually made out of cheap plastic. I had to improvise a temporary solution using a carabiner to reattach the shoulder strap (not the most fashionable look). I ordered my own hardware for a more permanent solution. but before it even arrived the clasp broke on the *other* side. The handbag looks beautiful but the quality of everything that holds it together is a disaster.
