I bought this bed bumper after reading enough positive reviews about it. My husband and I just got a new split king bed which means they are two XL double mattresses side by side and they are on adjustable pedestals. This means I couldn't use a standard king size skirt due to the risk of it tearing if the base moves. So I was happy to find this sheet in two XL sizes and bought two of them. Has a fabric platform - the same as the bed skirt. Yes, as other reviewers have said, it was wrinkled. But why not? I took someone else's tip and put them in the dryer on LOW heat along with a damp towel. That got rid of most of the wrinkles. Be sure to take it out of the dryer as soon as possible. I laid them on unused beds until I was ready for them. Once placed on the frame they fit well and hide items well under the bed. Cream color I got a real cream and the material is soft microfiber. My last skirt was accidentally "eaten" by a vacuum cleaner, so I'll make sure to keep this set safe and sound.
