My little red casserole dish
During quarantine and working from home I use this little casserole dish in my toaster every day. Mainly for reheating food instead of using the microwave. I have the red color that makes me smile. The quality is excellent, the weight is noticeable and most likely will not warp like my old one. What's even better - hand washing is very easy. It is well coated with non-stick material. Even with overcooked (burnt) food, this is not a problem. This one is on my list for best price and find.
