My favorite local wing joint will suffer. I used to go there as they offer crispy wing but are happy to charge a dollar for a sliced wing. Tonight, with a whirl in my Weber kettle, I made the tastiest, crispiest legs I've ever eaten. My local store didn't have wings. I blame Brandon. In any case, my Weber kettle boils better than my brother's Traeger thanks to the whirlwind. I envy the smoky indirect heat the Traeger delivers, but it doesn't give me the proper grilling experience that involves fire and beer sipping. Vortex delivers excellent results! Feel free to do yourself a favor and get one! Do not accept substitute! Sausage next!
