Review on Bridgestone Blizzak Ice 225/60 R16 98S winter by Franciszka Wicher ᠌

Excellent product, the best quality.

Although the brand is reputable, it is still too early to gauge the tires' durability as they have not yet been skated much. Prior to that, I also wore breeches, so I actually took them and am confident that I will continue to ride for a very long time. But writing about it after the winters have passed is undoubtedly another matter entirely. I was required to travel to the south and north of the country for two years. Generally speaking, tires in the south drove like they were in the summer. They responded on the snowy track, but I naturally reduced my speed because these aren't spikes. The friction clutches should have behaved this way, clinging due to their softness and tread, but it didn't fling along the rut. neither disappointed nor shocked. I'll skate the entire time to determine how far I've come on the ice (where I still prefer spikes) and how long they'll last (they claim to last longer than spikes, but I want to verify this). Even if I used to think Velcro's stillness was little, it is still audible.

Pros
  • The vehicle handles well on the road and maintains stability when navigating
Cons
  • Controllable but not as effective as spikes on ice
