The air purifier works great and I love it. I originally gave one star due to a lack of information on replacement filters. I only had a month from the date of purchase to return the unit as there were no replacement filters. I was able to contact Yiou support and worked with Rachel on Yiou. She kept in constant touch with me and allayed my concerns about the availability of replacement filters. She even sent me a filter that closed the deal. Rachel provided such great service! I now give this product 5 stars and plan to purchase more units.
