This is a conditioner system, not something you can stick on a dead battery and expect fully charged. My first load was on a winch battery on a car trailer that wasn't dead, just not fully charged. It generated power for several days and increased the available battery power to my satisfaction. I installed it in my camper. The LED indicator flashed differently than my car transporter. I checked the connections to no avail. I sent a message to support. I have explained in detail what it is about. Find out if the voltage available in that battery was too low for the charger to work. For a 12 volt battery, the voltage should be above 6 volts. If 6 V is not exceeded, the LED flashes green. The day after I received my first email from customer service, which by the way was very late on a Friday night and went back and forth five separate emails to make sure I understood their instructions clearly, which isn't really the case on the internet it's clear. I hit with success. I plugged in my charger and got the battery to the point where the solar charger can work reasonably well. I think the company will be way ahead of the curve when it comes to an FAQ sheet with clear guides on LED bulbs and possible solutions. The customer service I received was excellent. I really appreciate your willingness to contact me at night and make sure I understand how your service charger works.
