This part is a hell of a lot better than spending $200-300 on an OEM part. Comes with black outer shell, 3 Phillips screws, mirror assembly and adapter for newer RAV4 models. The outer shell is packaged separately so you can just use the original if you want or need to paint it. The installation went smoothly and without any problems. There are no instructions included, so read on! The power cord is a little longer than the OEM, but that's not a problem. The OEM mirror also uses 3 bolts instead of screws. You cannot use OEM screws as they are larger than the screws provided. Highly recommend if you are looking for the same big bucks. Be sure to read how to remove the door panel and don't break these clips! It took me about 20 minutes to do this with no prior knowledge other than what I read online before doing it.
