Installed this mirror on a 2011 RAV4 today. The good news is that it fits snugly and the control/power connector is the right type. Unfortunately it is wired differently. I connected the original connector to this mirror. As other posters have written, the wiring does not fit. I have a 2012 Rav4 base. It took over 2 hours to install this trying to figure out the correct wiring. I had to remove the wires from the connector and connect them as follows: green to brown, blue to red, and yellow to purple. This part is a hell of a lot better than spending $200-300 on an OEM part. Comes with black outer shell, 3 Phillips screws, mirror assembly and adapter for newer RAV4 models. The outer shell is packaged separately so you can just use the original if you want or need to paint it. The installation went smoothly and without any problems.
