Seems to do what it promises. I've been using it for a month and no problems. I used to average 17mpg in my 2018 Silverado. Now I get 16.9 mpg compared to my last two tanks. In my opinion, this is a small price to pay for improved throttle response and fewer shifts into 4-cylinder mode. It actually drives me a little crazy to think that GM uses AFM in all of these engines and it doesn't even add mileage for the average consumer. I would go to a performance tuner but didn't want to risk my warranty. My only suggestion is to cut out the LEDs. I really don't need my legs that glow blue at night. I'm thinking about gluing them with duct tape.
